We provide home inspections only Northern Ireland & Southern Ireland. Contact us if you’re outside these areas, and we’ll see how we can assist.

Typical home inspection duration time is 4-5 hours.
. What happens after the inspection?
You will receive a comprehensive PDF report with detailed findings, photos, and recommendations. You can use this report to negotiate repairs with contractors or your estate agent.
. Can I add optional services during booking?
Yes! You can select optional add-ons like thermal imaging or drone roof surveys at the time of booking or request them separately later.
. How soon will I get my inspection report?
We aim to deliver your full report within 3-5 business days after the inspection.
